My household welcomed its first computer when I was at the ripe age of 5, so embracing this digital age comes with ease.

I have over 15 years of expertise from working with companies like lululemon, Capstone Mining Corp, Anthem Properties and Western Union Business Solutions. With my background in executive-level administrative assistance, digital marketing and customer service, I seek to up-level customer experience with each transaction. I love what I do because it's FUN and the people that I work with inspire me to think bigger and smarter. I’m passionate about using technology business tools, love supporting process and improving workflows. My attitude is, “If I don’t know it, I can learn it.”

We’re currently based in Victoria, BC, Canada (Pacific Standard Time). Catch Karoline enjoying a hearty feast with her tight multi-cultured family, enjoying a generous glass of red with my friends, or hiking some mountain peak nearby. Oh, and always playing with her Bengal kitty named Kali. When timing allows, she also like to travel as long as there is wifi!

Oh hey! I’m Alyssa, and I am a virtual assistant that is detail obsessive and loves the process of creation. I am always looking for new things to learn by exploring the beauty of both the natural and digital worlds. I am a bit of a science nerd which led me to a career in dental hygiene, and am also incredibly passionate about fashion and beauty, prompting my entrepreneurial debut as an owner of my own beauty studio. My hobbies include boba dates with my soon-to-be hubby, sushi, online shopping, and using an absurd amount of stickers in my planners while I navigate this crazy life!
